How to make your pen drive BOOTABLE!!!

1. Insert your USB (4GB+ preferable) stick to the system and backup all the data from the USB as we are going to format the USB to make it as bootable.

2. Open elevated Command Prompt. To do this, type in CMD in Start menu search field and hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter. Alternatively, navigate to Start > All programs >Accessories > right click on Command Prompt and select run as administrator.

3. When the Command Prompt opens, enter the following command:

DISKPART and hit enter.

LIST DISK and hit enter.

Once you enter the LIST DISK command, it will show the disk number of your USB drive. In the below image my USB drive disk no is Disk 1.

4. In this step you need to enter all the below commands one by one and hit enter. As these commands are self explanatory, you can easily guess what these commands do.

SELECT DISK 1 (Replace DISK 1 with your disk number)

CLEAN

CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY

SELECT PARTITION 1

ACTIVE

FORMAT FS=NTFS

(Format process may take few seconds)

ASSIGN

EXIT

How S.M.A.R.T is your goal

We all have financial goals - even if we don't really think of them as goals per se.
For example, you might want to buy a new cell phone, or a new car. You might want to take a family vacation next year, or renovate your home.
Some people prefer to keep it simple when they think of goals.
They want to become rich. That's it, in a nutshell.
If you think about it, being wealthy, or wealthier than you are today, would enable you to do all those other things easily.

So, would you say that becoming wealthy is your main financial goal? 

If your main financial goal is to become rich, studies show that most likely, you won't achieve it. 

Why is this? Because as goals go, 'becoming rich' is not a S.M.A.R.T. financial goal. 
Let's see what this means.

It is a dream for every student that they get a job and also that it should be a good one as fast as possible just after they have completed their education.

But in today's world getting a job is way to hard for each and every student. So, it is very important that you be one of the best among the lot on the day of your interview. And for that it requires preparation ,and the starting point of this important preparation should be your "RESUME".

A resume is the theoretical view of the person you are. It defines you ,your way of thinking,understanding,dedicating and capability of doing whatever you may do.

It is like a identification card of you in front of a company you are approaching.

So here is a RESUME FORMAT from me for those who still are not enough clear about what to write and how to write in your resume.
